COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL BUILDING DEMOLITION

MAKE ROOM.
PLAN WHAT’S NEXT.

Have an office, retail building, warehouse or industrial property that needs to come down? Talk with Nation Demo about full or partial demolition, environmental abatement and your plans for the site.

START WITH WHAT NEEDS TO GO

The building comes down.
The details come first.

Every site is different. Tell us what is changing, what is staying and how the property will be used next.

01

Commercial demolition

Work with a commercial demolition contractor to plan removal of offices, retail buildings, warehouses and other commercial properties. Share the building type, size and access.

02

Industrial demolition

Factories and industrial facilities bring structures, machinery and electrical equipment into the same project. Discuss the demolition scope, environmental information and equipment available for purchase.

03

Full or partial removal

Whether the entire building goes or portions need to remain, share the proposed scope, plans and site constraints.

PLAN THE WORK. UNDERSTAND THE SITE.

BEFORE THE FIRST MACHINE MOVES

A demolition plan
starts with your site.

Site access, nearby structures, utilities, environmental materials and the schedule all shape the work.

  1. The building & locationCity, state, approximate size, construction type and the work needed.
  2. Environmental informationExisting surveys and known concerns involving asbestos, lead or other materials.
  3. Equipment & materialsMachinery, switchgear and copper wire you may want to sell before removal.
  4. Timing & accessTarget dates, occupancy, neighboring operations and site restrictions.
Tell us about your site

FROM THE FIRST QUESTION TO A DEFINED SCOPE

Your property.
A clear starting point.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Start with the building, city/state and what you want to accomplish.

01 / TELL US ABOUT THE PROPERTY

What comes down?
What stays?

Send the building type, approximate size and available photos or plans. Identify retained areas, occupied spaces and neighboring operations.

02 / REVIEW THE SITE REQUIREMENTS

Bring the details
into the scope.

Discuss access, utilities, existing environmental surveys, known materials and target dates. Share any bid or contractor qualification requirements.

03 / DEFINE THE WORK BEFORE IT STARTS

Scope. Schedule.
Responsibilities.

Confirm the proposed work, exclusions, project requirements, scheduling and pricing before agreeing to the project. Site details determine the next step.

LOOK AT THE VALUE BEFORE THE TEARDOWN

The building may be done.
The equipment may not be.

Nation Demo buys used equipment, switchgear and copper wire. Ask us to evaluate what’s on site alongside your demolition scope.

Equipment purchase terms and demolition pricing are evaluated and agreed separately.

A FEW ANSWERS UP FRONT

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Talk with our team
Can I contact you before I have final plans?
Yes. Start with the city and state, building type, approximate size and your goal for the property. Send any photos or plans you already have and tell us what is still undecided.
Can demolition and abatement be discussed together?
Yes. Our team performs environmental abatement. Share known materials and available surveys so we can review the scope and project requirements together.
What affects the cost of building demolition?
Building size and construction, site access, surrounding properties, environmental work, material handling and the schedule all affect the scope. Share the project details so it can be evaluated individually.
Can equipment value offset demolition costs?
It may be a factor, but it depends on condition, demand, quantity and removal costs. We evaluate equipment purchases separately; there is no automatic project credit or promise of free demolition.
Do you take demolition inquiries nationwide?
Yes. Nation Demo welcomes commercial and industrial demolition inquiries across the United States. Share the project location and scope so we can review access, scheduling and applicable requirements.
What should I send to get started?
The city and state, building type and approximate size, desired scope and timing, plus existing plans or surveys. Share photos already available or safely accessible—there is no need to enter an unsafe building.
